Toll Brothers developed the mini-masterplan of Canyon Point at Traverse Mountain located in Lehi, Utah, which is Toll’s exciting first foray into the Utah market. The community includes two luxury single-family detached collections, which will both be featured on DesignLens. We will start with the larger one for this feature—the Summit Collection (in blue on the site plan). Including both single- and two-story homes, the Summit Collection ranges from 2,418 to 3,915 square feet on .22- to 1.3-acre home sites, obtaining an approximate density of 1.6 per acre based on an average lot size of around 17,000 square feet. After opening for sale in March 2019, the collection has been well received with prices starting in the low $600,000s.
