Developed by Minto Communities, Westlake is a 3,800-acre master-planned community in Palm Beach County, Florida. Groundbreaking took place in October 2017. At full buildout the community will include up to 4,500 homes comprised of townhomes, single-family homes, and estate homes ranging from 1,483 to 4,548 square feet. Pricing starts in the mid-$300s. Westlake is the newest and 39th municipality in Palm Beach County and is rapidly growing. The community has ranked highly on John Burns Research & Consulting’s list of Top 50 MPCs every year since 2020.

Westlake currently has 7 sold out neighborhoods and is actively selling two: The Pines and The Oaks. The product mix across neighborhoods is deliberate: Minto designed the range of home sizes and architectural styles to attract first-time buyers, growing families, single professionals, and empty nesters within a single intergenerational community. Residential neighborhoods are woven together with a 15-acre amenity campus, a dedicated retail and business district, future schools, and extensive open space.

In contrast to Minto’s popular Latitude Margaritaville communities, which are-qualified, Westlake is a family friendly community for every stage of life. The amenity center, pictured here, offers an array of recreation. Meanwhile a 50-acre retail and business park, called Westlake Landings, is approved for 2+ million square feet of commercial space. The retail/business park include Publix, quick service restaurants like Starbucks and Taco Bell, and service businesses, and are continuing to be curated to best serve Westlake residents.

The $22-million Westlake Adventure Park is the primary social hub of the community. Beyond The Lodge, an 8,386-square-foot multipurpose building, Adventure Park is full of fun and recreation.
