The Town at Trilith is a premier master-planned community by Trilith Development in Fayetteville, Georgia. Spanning 234 acres, Trilith carries out their vision to "set the stage and enrich the lives of the story makers who inspire the world." Located directly across from Trilith Studios—North America's largest film studio complex—the community uniquely integrates residential living with the entertainment industry while serving families from all walks of life. Since breaking ground in 2016 and welcoming the first residents in 2017, Town at Trilith has become a nationally recognized example of innovative community development, with construction about halfway complete.

Lew Oliver is the town architect and is responsible for planning the entire town. The 234-acre site preserves approximately 51% as protected wetlands, parks, and green space, with the remaining 49% for development. The community will ultimately feature 700 single-family residences and 650 multifamily units, supported by 270,000 square feet of existing retail space. Along with the walkable retail, residents will have access to 15 miles of nature trails, 54 acres of forest, 19 pocket parks, a pool, and dog parks upon the Town at Trilith’s completion.

Five key entities operate within the Trilith ecosystem: the Town at Trilith, Trilith Studios, Trilith Live (entertainment complex), Trilith Foundation (wellness-focused nonprofit), and Trilith Institute (educational arm). Trilith Studios opened in 2014 across the street from what was then an empty hayfield. The 500-acre studio complex features 30 soundstages and serves as a constant backdrop visible throughout the residential community.

Trilith’s entertainment industry connection initially drove the community's concept, which has since evolved beyond its original purpose. Trilith says that all their residents are story makers, and that doesn’t necessarily mean you work in a creative industry, just that everyone has a story. The real goal of the Town at Trilith is to set the stage with beautiful places and enrich the lives of residents by encouraging a sense of community. In fact, only about 30% of residents are in the industry, the rest are people who just like the community.
