This collection of two-story homes offers three distinct floor plans, ranging from 3,245 to 3,923 square feet, that are designed to appeal to buyers who prioritize spacious layouts, flexible floor plans, and a strong connection to outdoor living. Trumark started pre-selling in May 2024, and closed on 37 homes without models. According to the builder, they had a very successful grand opening in January 2025 and have since sold 31 additional homes as of June 2025. Prices for the Sycamore collection start at $1.5 Million.

The Shady View master-planned community offers 159 homes total across two distinct collections: Oak and Sycamore. Oak is a the smaller of the two, with two single-story plans and one two-story primary-down plan. Sycamore, which will be the focus of this feature, is the larger of the two collections. Home sites at Shady View range from 7,200 to 14,273 square feet and average approximately 8,808 square feet, achieving a net density of 3.2 per acre. Situated alongside undeveloped land, state parks, and nature preserves, these homes also benefit from views of nature.

Homes at Sycamore can be elevated in three distinct architectural styles—Spanish, French Country, and Italianate—each thoughtfully adapted to suit the region in a fresh way.
