Since opening for rent in October 2025, Riverstone Retreat is 22% leased as of March 2026. The starting rent is $2,450 per month.

Two- and three-story home configurations allow the community to achieve its 270-unit program in a relatively compact site. Because Riverstone Retreat is developed on a single plat rather than individual lots, the team could prioritize privacy and detached living while maintaining a cohesive, professionally managed environment. The community is centered around a social hub anchored by a pool, a playground, and clubhouse. Outdoor recreation areas feature fire pits, gas grills, Level 2 EV chargers, and two dog parks.

Amenity selection was intentionally guided by the surrounding Canton environment. With a full-service fitness center located directly across the street and grocery and dining within walking distance, Quinn chose not to duplicate amenities already available nearby. Instead, the focus was on social and lifestyle spaces that enhance the neighborhood experience.

Riverstone Retreat’s dual-track dog park system delivers dedicated zones for active and passive dogs, one of which is pictured here. To minimize long-term maintenance and recurring refresh costs, Quinn utilized turf for the dog parks and installed glued rubber mulch for the playground. Quinn is intentional about seeking operational and amenity optimization, aiming to deliver a long lifespan of quality resident experiences.

Quinn worked with architecture firm A. Woodward Architecture, Inc. to design the community. The architectural approach was guided by the surrounding Canton area, integrating a mix of horizontal siding, board and batten siding, and brick. Note how the primary bedroom has two closets, one of which creates a buffer between private and shared spaces.

The goal was to design a layout that creates a natural flow between everyday living and entertainment that feels consistent with nearby for-sale homes rather than a typical rental product. Cortland Interior Design merchandised the model home.

At Riverstone Retreat, Quinn eliminated high-wear items by replacing sliding glass doors with swinging patio doors and removing all carpet in favor of hard-surface flooring throughout, including the stair risers. According to Quinn, these updates significantly reduce turnover expenses and paint touch-ups while maintaining the premium feel of the homes.
