The Gallery Collection by Shea Homes is a series of single-family detached homes located in The Canyons master plan in Castle Pines, Colorado. These single- and two-story homes range from 2,078 to 4,966 square feet with the upgraded finished basement. The average home site is 6,400 square feet, which obtains an approximate net density of 4.4 per acre.

Shea developed the overall master-planned community as well as several collections in it, including the Gallery. The builder originally started sales in this collection back in 2019, but added two new home plans in August 2023 – the Pemberly and Adelyn (the only single-story home in the collection). The Gallery Collection got a refreshed launch to the public when the team built the Pemberly model home and grand opened it on May 31, 2025. Prices in this latest phase in the community start in the low $800,000s.

Shea worked with their in-house team, as well as multiple architecture firms to design the collection. The collection includes three architectural styles that fit beautifully into the community: Modern Farmhouse, Modern Colorado, and Modern Prairie. The Pemberly (seen here in the Modern Farmhouse style) is the only model and is one of the most popular plans in the collection.

The Pemberly ranges from 3,671 to 4,966 depending on the options included. The model is on the larger side, since it includes the finished basement. The model has 7 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, and a 2-bay garage with storage. Modeled upgrades include a Cosmo fireplace in the dining room, a freestanding tub in the primary bath, and the finished basement with a wet bar and additional secondary bedroom giving the basement two bedrooms. The two-story home is 40 feet wide.
